I have been practicing yoga since 1995, most of that time with Sugi. Sugi is my preferred method of yoga because I do not have to subject my body to the demanding rigors of more traditional yoga practices. I enjoy the freedom of movement and flexibility that makes Sugi the yoga that everyone can do.



Due to multiple surgeries and all the aches and pains that come with getting older, I found that I was unwilling to do traditional exercises. After doing a Sugi class, I would find myself relaxed and limber instead of wincing and limping back to my car. I would love for all my students to reap the benifits of Sugi Yoga® and to be able to practice at home as well as in class.
